Bigger and Better: A 4-Week Intermediate Pottery Wheel Class

Ready to move beyond the basics and take your wheel-throwing skills to the next level?

This 4-week intermediate class is designed for students who already have some prior wheel experience and are ready to build confidence, improve control, and begin throwing larger, stronger, more refined forms. With a focus on "Bigger and Better," students will work on improving centering, pulling taller walls, shaping more intentional forms, and developing better consistency on the wheel.

Led by Randy Glotfelty, this class offers focused instruction in a supportive studio environment for makers who are ready to stretch their skills and grow.

Who This Class Is For

This class is best suited for students who have already taken a beginner wheel class or have equivalent wheel experience. Participants should be comfortable with the basic steps of wheel throwing and should be able to center approximately 3 pounds of clay.
