What to Add or Bring
Outside food, beverages, decorations, and music playlists are welcome unless otherwise noted in your booking confirmation. We do ask that alcohol be consumed responsibly, and that no one operate a pottery wheel while impaired.
Group Event FAQs
How far in advance should I book?
Group events should be booked at least 3, 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Popular dates fill up faster.
What's the minimum group size?
Our minimum is 6 guests. Smaller groups can still be accommodated as a buyout - contact us for pricing.
Can kids participate?
Yes, we welcome children ages X and older to most group events. For all-ages family events, please let us know your age range when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Do you travel offsite?
No - all events are hosted at our Lakeland studio
Can we bring food, drinks, or decorations?
Yes - outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. Alcohol may be permitted for adult groups; please confirm with us when booking. We provide a clean space for setup; you provide cups, plates, and cleanup.
When do guests get their finished pieces?
Approximately 2 to 4 weeks after the event. We typically arrange a single pickup or shipment coordinated through the event host.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, deposits can be applied to a rescheduled date as availability allows.
Can the host take photos / hire a photographer?
Absolutely. We love seeing your group in action. We just ask that photography not disrupt other studio operations if your event is during regular hours.
